YUP, YUP Parents and APUP are hosted on Yahoo! Groups, a free email group service. To join YUP, YUP Parents or APUP you must first register with the Yahoo! Groups service. This is a quick and easy process that will only take a few minutes. If you are already a member of Yahoo! Groups, click here.


If you are new to Yahoo! Groups:

1. You must first register with Yahoo! Groups. After clicking on the ``Join Yahoo! Groups´´ button at the bottom of this page, you will see a box describing YUP, YUP Parents and APUP on the right. Below this box, click on the link that says, ``Click here to register for FREE!´´

2. Fill in the requested information. Note that you are asked to create a new password for your Yahoo! Groups account - this is not your existing email password.

3. After finishing the registration process, you will come to the Yahoo! Groups ``Membership Options´´ screen. You can choose between receiving email messages as they are sent to the list or a daily digest of messages, or you can choose to read messages by visiting the Yahoo! Groups site, and you will not receive any emails. You can also decide here if you want your ``Member Profile´´ to be displayed to members.

4. You will soon receive a confirmation email for your Yahoo! Groups registration. Please reply to the Yahoo! Groups registration email by using the `Reply´ feature of your email program. This will send your YUP, YUP Parents or APUP membership request(s) to The Glaucoma Foundation for approval.

5. After being approved for YUP, YUP Parents or APUP, you will receive a confirmation email from the list administrator which will include instructions on how to post to the list.


If you are already registered with Yahoo! Groups:


1. If you are already registered with Yahoo! Groups, click on the link below. Scroll down and enter your name and Yahoo! Groups password where it says, ``Already Registered with Yahoo! Groups?´´

2. Select your YUP, YUP Parents or APUP membership options. You can choose between receiving email messages as they are sent to the list or a daily digest of messages, or you can choose to read messages by visiting the Yahoo! Groups site. You can also decide here if you want your ``Member Profile´´ to be displayed to members.

3. A YUP, YUP Parents or APUP membership request email will be sent to The Glaucoma Foundation for approval.

4. After being approved for YUP, YUP Parents or APUP, you will receive a confirmation email from the list administrator which will include instructions on how to post to the list.
