
The 18th Annual Black and White Ball was held on Thursday, December 9th 2004 at The Pierre Hotel in New York City. This year The Glaucoma Foundation presented Pat Kelly of Pfizer, Inc. with the 2004 Corporate Visionary Award.
The 2004 Kitty Carlisle Hart Award recipient was EBONY Magazine/Johnson Publishing.
This Ball was a stellar success raising over $900,000.
